Castillo Family Dentistry is a contracted network provider for the Delta Dental Premier insurance plans as well as Metlife insurance plans.  However, we gladly accept patients with dental coverage from all companies and will file your claim for you. Please bring your insurance cards and information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement.

Castillo Family Dentistry proudly accepts Chickasaw MAPS referrals.

Castillo Family Dentistry also offers CareCredit healthcare credit card. CareCredit gives you flexibility and convenience when managing your family’s out-of-pocket healthcare expenses.  It’s easy to apply for CareCredit and you’ll receive an answer almost immediately. CareCredit is available on qualifying purchases of $200 or more and there is no interest if paid in full within 6 months!
